WORKING: Frederick Zarndt started his first business at the precocious age of 8: Selling door-to-door squash and pumpkins that he grew in his garden on his parents’ farm in Kalispell, Montana. Since then he has started a number of other businesses and worked at some well established ones, but for the most part Frederick has focused on small and young businesses.
